Project Description

RO Youth Construction acquired this 2-room apartment in need of complete renovation. Our team carried out a full transformation - from structural wall preparation to final cosmetic finishes - delivering a market-ready property that was successfully sold upon completion.

Every stage of work was planned and executed in-house, ensuring quality control, cost efficiency, and a consistent design outcome throughout the entire property.

  • Wall assessment, levelling, and plastering throughout all rooms
  • Installation of dark grey laminate flooring in both bedrooms
  • Full bathroom tiling with black marble-effect ceramic tiles
