Castle Treasure is a modern residential development located in Douglas, one of Cork's most desirable suburban areas. The scheme comprises multiple blocks of contemporary apartments set within a landscaped environment, designed to high standards of energy efficiency and liveability.
The development provides much-needed quality housing in the Cork metropolitan area, with units ranging across various configurations to serve a wide range of residents.
RO Youth Construction was engaged by Platt & Railey as a specialist drylining subcontractor on the Castle Treasure project. Our team was responsible for the installation of all internal metal stud partition walls and ceiling systems throughout the residential blocks, covering every floor from ground to top level.
The works required careful planning and coordination with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing trades, as well as strict adherence to Irish building regulations and fire compartmentation requirements. Our team maintained high output and quality throughout the programme, contributing directly to the timely delivery of the project.
