Our Contribution

RO Youth Construction was engaged as a specialist subcontractor by Drywall A&A to carry out fit-out flooring works during the interior finishing phase of Palas Campus. Our team was responsible for the installation of raised access floors - a critical element in modern Class A office fit-out, enabling structured cable management, HVAC distribution, and flexible workspace configuration.

03 Scope delivered

  • Installation of raised access flooring (fit-out floors) across multiple levels of the building
  • Works carried out in close coordination with the main contractor and site management teams
  • High-precision levelling and alignment to meet Class A office fit-out standards
  • Timely execution contributing to the overall project completion schedule
  • Subcontracted by Drywall A&A - a specialist interior fit-out company
