About the Project

This project involved the complete interior fit-out of a high-specification private residence in Iasi, Romania. RO Youth Construction acted as main contractor, managing and delivering the full scope of internal finishing works - from structural boarding and plastering through to premium decorative finishes, floor tiling, and bespoke door installations.

The client required a contemporary, high-end interior with distinctive design features - including large-format wood-effect porcelain tiling, full-height marble-effect textured wall finishes, and flush concealed doors integrated seamlessly into the decorated wall surfaces.

The result is a refined, modern interior delivered entirely in-house by the RO Youth Construction team.

Our Role

As main contractor on this project, RO Youth Construction was responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing the entire interior fit-out. Unlike our subcontractor roles on larger commercial projects, here we managed the full scope directly - demonstrating our capability to deliver complex, high-specification residential interiors from start to finish.
