About the Project

The Spring Hotel in Shannon, Co. Clare is an established hotel serving the Shannon Airport area - one of Ireland's key aviation hubs.

The project involved the refurbishment and reconfiguration of guest accommodation across a full floor of the hotel, requiring the installation of new internal partition walls to create the updated room and corridor layout. Hotel refurbishment projects require fast, accurate partition installation with minimal disruption to the wider building programme.

Our team worked efficiently to deliver the full floor partition scope within the required timeframe.

Our Contribution

RO Youth Construction was engaged by BD Partition to carry out the partition installation works across one full floor of the Spring Hotel Shannon. Our scope included the full metal stud framing to all internal partition walls, including door openings and structural blocking, with Gyproc plasterboard boarded to the partition frames throughout.
